Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of therapy for stress reduction and relaxation. It’s a simple, yet effective and safe technique to reduce anxiety and aids physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance. The word Reiki stems from the Japanese “rei” which means universal, and “ki” which means energy. Therefore it creates Universal Energy. All techniques used in Reiki are ways to break the walls and remember, or recover what we already know – That all is one.

Reiki treatment aids and speeds up the self-healing aspect of the body, promotes development of self, clears and harmonizes physically as well as emotionally. It lifts blockages and promotes relaxation. After a reiki treatment you will generally feel more relaxed, you will have more energy, feel less downhearted, you will have more patience and will be less likely to worry.
